I know this post was a long time ago but I feel the need to respond to this stupidity, I guess thats why you havent been back! Bush had 2 terms to catch Osama. He could have had him in the White Mountain area between Tora Bora and the Khyber Pass but didnt authorize the proper US troops instead opting to go with the mostly Afghan troops who have loyalties to Osama which resulted in his escape somewhere in the Khyber Pass region. Im assuming your not familiar with the Tora Bora region of Afghanistan, it should have been fairly easy to capture him here as there arent alot of escape routes once surounded like he was. Now I believe Bushs intention wasnt to capture him, I believe it was to use that as a reason to keep us there so he and his buddy Dick (I mean that more ways than one)could line their pockets. If captured that early on he wouldnt have made money because we wouldnt have a reason to stay, then he wouldnt have been able to link Iraq to the war on terror in turn missing out on alot of money(Haliburton, Blackwater)!

What benefit would any president get from coming up with a healthcare plan that purposely screws the people? On all the polls only the older(medicare age)people overwhelmingly disagree with the plan. So to say the majority of people disagree is way off track, the polls prove my point.

I went through the Chamber of Commerce. Lets not forget, they make money when you buy insurance through their high risk program. So its not that theyre trying to be "Worker friendly", they have a vested interest in this! They have an insurance salesman just like everyone else!

I like the way you put your spin on this! He said he wanted a gov run plan as an option "for all" to what we already have, not the only option. Thats the part he got rid of to make the reps happy, then they found more to be unhappy with, even though they originally supported alot of these issues! I dont understand why you dont see this as a good thing, he took some of the power from the big corps running everything and gave it to the average person who was being screwed, oh thats right, your for everything thats "big corp"! You say you dont want the gov making your decisions for you but I guess your fine with the big, greedy corps deciding your fate, god forbid you ever have a life threatening illness! Put political views aside, Again god forbid you(general, not you specifically)have a lifethreatening illness, do you want Blue-Cross who is paying your med bills to decide whether your covered or not, or would you feel better knowing they have to pay for your care because the "anti-christ" put the decision in your hands instead of theirs! Thats all it comes down to, Its not that complicated, even though you reps want to make it about much more! I wouldnt care if Bush came up with the Idea, I would support it because to me its not about politics its about logic. In America you get to make the decisions on alot of less important issues, why not on your med care! Your choice of insurers was never the issue even though you spun it that way, it is who has the power to decide, you or the people paying for your care!

I forgot, my dr also told me at goal I will increase to 18-2200 cals a day to maintain.

My dr. told me 12-1500 cals a day. I also believe you should stay above 1000 to lose or you will store fat. Good luck

I listened to CNN today and there was a man on there who said Obama has done more than Clinton and Bush combined for the good of the people. His problem is the oil spill, which isnt his fault, that any pres. would have lower ratings during a disaster. Fox news, Glenn Beck on the early morning show with Kilmeade and Deucey. He couldnt believe there where reporters making fun of Palin after her speech. The 2 sides are so far apart. Then theres Meegan Kelly who is the female Hannity, Shes so dramatic with her constant breaking news reports, I hear that music(right before breaking news) in my nightmares! I cant believe I used to look forward to watching Fox before bed and especially early in the morning. Its such a turnoff to listen to constant lies of negativity on Fox!

Thank god I wasnt the only one that didnt realize this was from 2008!

Everyone had good advice. Your way to young to be experiencing these problems. Your only married a year and this is how he's already treating you! Trust me you will experience alot of problems in a normal marriage that will test your love, dedication and commitment(By normal I mean being with someone who will respect and support you). Ive been married almost 11 years and we've experienced alot, I wouldnt have made it through most of the problems without the support of my wife. I would never even consider talking down to my wife like that and she definately wouldnt let me. It wont get better from here! I have a theory, Im assuming you are or where overweight,(because your on here) Maybe your husband is worried that you will gain more confidence from losing weight and feels threatened. Maybe he's so disrespectful because he wants you to believe you dont or wont be able to have better! If that is possible, he's so wrong, everyone deserves to be happy. Screw the counseling, hes just not ready for commitment. The good thing is, you thought it was problem enough to ask advice from strangers, now what will you do with the advice? Its always good to listen to unbiased advice when dealing with relationship issues even though it may not be what you want to hear. This is my unbiased advice, "Get the f^&$K out and thank god you didnt have kids with him!!!

Im not sure where you found the info that Obama wanted everyone on gov plan. He wanted gov plan as an option to existing insurance which would have been great. I dont care who runs it as long as its top quality and more affordable! The 7-11 guy who cried about the "gov run plan" , how he'd be paying too much now says he hates the b ill because the gov plan is what he wanted!

Actually I just took a quiz about politics and the result was 75% conservative!! I might be conservative but definately not rep!

Although there probably are some areas we can cut defense spending I dont agree with cutting back uniformed military personnel or the f-35. We need more personnel and we need to stay ahead of the world in military technology(f-35). You see what happens when there arent enough military personnel, we are stretched way to thin, whether the wars are just or not we're there! Defense is our last hope, lets not lose that also! This is what bothers me about dems, Clinton gave N. Korea a nuc reactor and now they have a bomb (I liked Clinton alot). Now Im wondering if Obama will eventually do something about Iran before its too late! Dems(as far as I can remember)have never really been as high on national security as I would like, Im definately not a warmonger but there are issues that will need dealt with in the very near future and Im not 100% sold on the idea of Obama handling it! I sure hope Im wrong because this issue is very important to me and I would hate it if I was forced to vote rep next time, hate, hate, hate it! Actually I just wouldnt vote. I already have no faith in the GOP and there will never be a legitimate 3rd party!

I was too nervous to hear anything, although I did hear the Fluid going in which sounded weird. I was so scared when they pulled the 3'' needle out(it looked that long)but it was a breeze.

These are all good points and Btrieger I believe attitude is my main problem, it always has been! Im having trouble keeping a positive attitude because whether real or not I always think about food which always keeps me hungry. Althoufg, when I had restriction after surgery I had a positivec attitude and did very well. I just had a fill which did nothing, it actually seems like its easier for me to eat things I had problems with(dry chicken)but Im hoping my next fill will help and in the mean time I can at least not gain if not lose!

I had bad breath for a little while after surgery. My dr told me it was because everything was swollen and kinda open that after the swelling went down it would go back to normal. Everything is fine now, unless of course I dont brush my teeth!

I was watching Fox News the other day and there was a rep strategist on. He said "sure the economy is recovering but at a snells pace"! Before it wasnt happening, now its happening but to slow! I also listened to Hannity's radio show the other day and he was mad because Obama put a freeze on deep sea drilling. He said Obama is putting people out of work(it has nothing to do with the evnironment being ruined). Then he's mad because he's(Obama) not doing enough about the oil leak! Hannity was mad because we wont drill in Alaska. The guest he had on said it was all about politics with Obama. Damned if he does, Damned if he doesnt!

Im an organ donor and thats all I thought about when getting my band. I was hoping the drs. didnt do a Murtha on me to save some politicians life!

That was some great info. I had mine March 10 this year and lost a total of 47#. I went in for my first fill on June 11 and gained 4#. Im so upset, not because of the 4# but the fact Im gaining and my first fill of 3cc did absolutely nothing! They said they usually put 5-6cc (11cc band)in first but mine was tight when they put it in. Im not going back until Sept 20 and am so afraid I will gain alot of weight! Its kinda gotten harder to watch because I seem to be able to eat like before! Im starting to make poor choices, not doing protien or vits., eating things I shouldnt be. When I could see myself losing faster and when I had restriction I made the right choices and everything was great, now everything is snowballing in the wrong direction, I know, hopefully sooner rather than later things will change for the better and I can get on track again! I just hope it happens before I gain alot of my weight back, that would be a huge mental letdown!!!

I had my first fill Friday June 11, for my birthday! I was so nervous my bp was up to 170s, all for nothing. It didnt hurt at all(numbing meds) and only lasted about 20 seconds At the most. Of course its not nearly enough(3cc), need another but not until Sept 20!

I must warn you, Ill probably make alot of enemies here. No seriously read the born-again post!
