Raised on the Space Coast (Satellite Beach) and moved to Roswell, GA where I graduated. Join the military in 1986 (USAF) and was an Aircraft Maintenance Scheduler. Moved back to Florida and married. Received a transfer to McChord AFB in Washington State. Had three children during this time. When I got out of the Air Force we moved to Florence, South Dakota. This is where I began to gain weight. I started college and got my Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Kids graduated and it was just me and the husband. After 25 years of marriage I ran away from my life. My (ex) husband is a wonderful guy, but stress at work the last four years was steadily breaking him and our marriage down. I had no place to turn too. Living in such a small community, everyone knows your business, so you keep it to yourself. I finally reunited with my first love (and father of my daughter). I moved to Massachusetts... Such a hard decision, but one I'm so happy I made. We are now married and he's very encouraging and supportive. He married me at my highest weight and when I told him my wls plans he was so happy for me, because he knows this will make me happy and healthy. I have two wonderful granddaughters that are the world to me and I want to be around to see the beautiful women they'll become.
