I am 10 weeks post op gastric sleeve. So overwhelmed. I work out 4 to 5 times a week. 30 minutes 60 to 70 rpms on recumbent bike then weight machines at planet fitness (abs legs biceps). I get between 700 to 800 calories a day. How many grams of fat or carbs is good? Or what percent of my daily intake. I use the app bariastric. Any advice?
