    August bypassers/sleevers

I have broth, it’s fine but I want something a bit more substantial

    August bypassers/sleevers

August sleevers I am 5 days post-op VSG, feeling great but I am so hungry! Other than SF protein drinks, liquids, yogurt, pudding and jello is there anything else you are allowed to eat? Cottage cheese, oatmeal, cream of wheat w/protein added? Each surgeon/hospital have different guidelines. I have 11 more days until I have my post-op check up, moving on to next phase after that appt. Any suggestions?
  3. I’m new! I finally selected my VSG surgery date (took me over 2 weeks to commit) after insurance approved. I started jumping through the hoops 03/01/18. My insurance required 3 months of doctor supervised of weightloss; I lost about 10 lbs. Feeling guilty; since having the last appts and clearing all the hoops mid June I’ve been indulging - not crazy like McDonalds everyday - but not following the plan 100% as I was. VSG Surgery date 8/27/18.

    August bypassers/sleevers

My VSG is scheduled for 8/27/18. Feels so far away but too close as well as my tummy does flip-flops just thinking about it. I have to admit I’ve been indulging since I’ve jumped through all the hoops ( mid-June). Working on getting my focus and discipline back. Planning to break out paperwork and re-educate myself. Any other pre-surgery ‘guilty indulgers’ out there?
