Thank goodness that’s one thing I didn’t have to go through. I had it done many years ago. It was strawberry flavored and it was so bad. It ruined any type of strawberry drink, ice cream or shake for several years

I will have to check that out just in case

I’m try to find a good water bottle that doesn’t sweat but has a flip lid for the water requirements

I was thinking of the gas X chewable but then found the melt away ones I’m thinking of getting instead

I hate that machine with a passion. The second the surgery is over I’m going to clean it, dry it, and celebrate putting it away in it’s pretty little case. Then stuff it in the back of the closet where I never have to think of it again.

Yeah plus you just don’t know if they will actually have the strips. I’m beginning to think they stopped making them.

I’m not sure how to message someone directly on here but if I figure it out I will. What have you been using for the diet so far

My prep as long as it is still happening is Tuesday at 9. They gave me the time early since we don’t live in Owasso. Ty I appreciate it same for you too I’m always on here since I found this site a few days ago. We have the strictest diet I have found in comparison to others. I have actually lost 20lbs even with my big slide.

I’m with him as well mine is supposed to be at 6am. No not all but I really cheated and I called the dr office and talked to the nurse this afternoon. I explained what happened and she said she didn’t know if he would still accept that and let the surgery happen

Ty so much. Right now the diet before hand is killing me and my surgery might be canceled because I messed up. Will find out Monday.

Mine is the 13th too if it’s still happening. Who is your surgeon? And how are you doing on your two week diet?

Well I called mr surgeons office spoke to the nurse. Explained everything and she said stay on the diet. She will talk to the surgeon on Monday when he’s there and see if we have a go for Wednesday or not. She said she’s not sure if he will or not. I told her I lost 20 pounds as well. So here’s to a very stressful weekend ahead and hoping I don’t have to reschedule all my work days etc. and if so it’s nobody else fault but my own.

I did have a psych. done and testing. I had the pizza and doughnuts and burger on the 30th & 31st. Mostly as the last meal type thing. Because I knew the real diet started the next day. I wouldn’t be able to eat that stuff again. And most certainly not more than a bite or two if I ever could handle it. The doughnuts I had to go back and look I kept a food diary. I had the pizza at 8pm the doughnuts I had was at 1am we were heading home late from work. Also the beef and veggies were together it was less than 2oz of meat and a 1 cup sautéed veggies in olive oil same with the chicken and veggies Not that it changes a lot but thought I should clarify a couple things.

I appreciate everyone being frank and although tough to hear I admit but needed.
