I have been stalled for awhile now

I have lost 22 lbs and I am 7 weeks post op tomorrow. My weight at surgery was 213 lbs and I am 5'5. I feel as if the weight loss is going so slow now but I keep my hopes up because I have read many people from here eventually lose slowly but steadily and reach their goal weight. Dont lose hope cause I haven't!
  2. I was sleeved 6/02/18 so I'm 5 weeks out. SW was 214 and I'm 5'5. Today I weighed 194 so that's a 20 lbs weight loss so far. I think it's going slow but I'm feeling positive because I weigh myself every 2 to 3 days and there's always a loss.
  3. Hello... I'm just wondering what you guys eat in a typical day and how often? I've heard to eat 3 meals, 2 snacks as well as every 2 to 3 hours so what works best for you? Thanks for your help!

    Wife not Supportive

Lol ok this is a little too extreme!
  5. Hello, I am one month post op, been eating regular food for one week now per doctors orders and today at work I ate breakfast as usual. A piece of wheat bread with strawberry cream cheese and coffee but an hour later I started feeling shakey and I asked my coworker to check my blood pressure and blood sugar (we're nurses). Well my bp was fine but my sugar was 56! I am not diabetic so if I ate breakfast why would this happen?
  6. I had my surgery in Tijuana on June 2. Everything went great! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Now I'm on mushy food and losing like a pound a day. SW- 213 CW- 200 GW-130
  7. Got sleeved June 2nd... 10 lbs lost and doing great! I started eating mushy food already or my doctors orders. In the morning I eat 1 egg or less. Lunch is like 2 oz of tuna or tilapia fish, protein shake once or twice a day and dinner a jello, cheesstick and electrolytes and any leftover lunch.

    I’m doing this

I had my surgery in Tijuana Mexico 8 days ago with Dr. Jorge Green Solis and my experience was amazing and I feel good, no pain and loving my sleeve!
  9. I'm 7 days post op and some protein shakes make my stomach hurt while others dont. What you are going through is normal. Just stop eating those things for awhile.
  10. Yes! I'm doing like 1/4 broth 1/4 juice and water Gatorade and coconut water but not a lot... trying to do at least 32 ounces a day!
  11. No not at all! They keep you pretty comfortable with IV pain meds... just start walking as soon as you can and you will feel much better! I felt no pain after the third day. The first two days it's just soreness.
  12. You guys will do great! I had my surgery 5 days ago and I've already lost 7 lbs!! I weighed 213lbs as the hospital. I'm still on clear liquids and tomorrow I start full liquids!
  13. I didnt have nausea or pain on the first or second day but today is the 3rd day and after a few sips of water... I had to throw up. But they just gave me more anti-nausea meds and I feel better. The key is to drink SLOW!
  14. I just went through surgery yesterday at 11am! Had a bit of nausea and the pain feels like a non stop stomach cramp. But the pain went away last night and now its 8:30am and I'm feeling much better. I got up to walk several times and took a body shower and just got done doing the swallow test so they are about to give me juice water and a popsicle. I do have a drain which will be removed tomorrow but I'm just so happy it's already done with!
  15. I am on my way to Mexico now to get sleeved tomorrow! Super excited!
