Yes it will move. Happened to me. I upped my calories with good food of course and ironically it worked! That was. Suggestion from someone who had done it

I had almost a month stall then lost 6 pounds! It’s normal. I even upd my carbs as someone suggested and that worked!

I’ve stalled for about a week now. Even gained 3 pounds then came back down 2 pounds. Might be because I now have my period heavier than. It’s been in 3 years. I eat maybe 600 calories the most but I don’t count calories I count protein and stay away from carbs and try to do 64oz of water plus 60g of protein

Same here. It seems to be normal but I think the hunger is in my head. Ugh struggle

I was sleeved 6/6 I know it’s still early but the scale hasn’t moved for a week. And now I actually get hungry or maybe I just have a taste for something not actually feeling hungry in my belly. Any suggestions!

Have jello or a popsicle for the chewing effect

Liquid pain meds. My surgery was Wed I didn’t really need it but took it to stay ahead of whatever pain I might get. I stopped taking them that Saturday. I had liquid Demerol but never really had any serious pain.

Yup a whole scoop into 12oz of Soup. Only drank half the Soup because it’s so filling. I’ll save the rest for another time.  I also ordered from Amazon 

Just blended a scoop of this with my butternut squash soup! It truly is unflavored! +25g of protein!!! 💥 I will definitely be adding this protein to my food to get my protein in!

Wow @ttuckrn great job. I had surgery June 6 but was so full of gas I left the OR heavier than when I went in! Yesterday i was back to my sleeve weight. Any pointers?

Yes I did. The first day I had gas pains in my diaphragm and was hard to breathe in deep but went away after first day

3 days after surgery i wake up feeling faint and I’m home alone with my 3Yr old. So scary. Woke up this morning feeling the same way. Anyone else feeling faint first thing in the morning?

So glad everyone is figuring out ways to stay hydrated. I was sleeved 6/6 and thought I was fine until this morning when I felt I was going to faint. Apparently I’m not drinking enough. Realized my urine was dark and my mouth is dry. Called the dr and she said drink my protein water and even tho I’m on only clear liquids I can have one protein shake as long as it’s not chunky (premier protein) feeling much better but that was scary

What do u feel when trying to drink? I’ve been sipping all day
