hello, i was banded in may of 08 was doing very well but the weather has gotten a little cold so i don't wkout as often as i was so my weightloss has become very slow.i am down from a wms 20/22 to a 16 or 14 depending on style just wonder how are you doing?

hey i been doing gd i have the new band and is able to eat anything i want and stilling losing i can eat more then 1/2 cup so i have to get my 3rd fill in a few wks lately i been wanting to eat snacks! i workout like crazy so i works out. what about yourself have you started the process late we talked you were on the fence, let me kno how things are going Michelle Obama for 1st Lady! pauline

DOING GOOD DOWN 2SIZES IN THREE MONTHS, GOING FOR 3RD FILL NXT WK , I HAVE BEEN VERY LUCKY WITH MY Band i can eat what i want just not much, more then most those i can eat more then a 1/2cup but is still losing. thanks for stopping bye, have you gotten the band or started the process last we talked you were still on the fence. let me kno how things are going have a good one pauline

Hey the band is working gr8 for me so far i had to fills had to get a second one because although i do not feel hungry like in the beginning i have no restriction i may get full quick but i can pretty much eat anything i have to use self control but since my second fill i am a little restricted but can still eat what i want i just have to chew chew and chew because i had food stuck in my throat and throw at a wedding it was not pretty talking and eating not paying attention to what i knew had to been done so it takes some getting use to but i love iam down to a 16w's from a 20w's headed to a 14 and it's only been 2months the scale says i have only lose 10pds but i guess i have lose inches either way i work out like crazy and try my best with the meal plans:) sorry it took so long to reply but one of my best friends husbands was crucshed to death by a grabage truck on 6/25 so i had to travel to buffalo still here until the 27th my brother is also getting married well anyway good luck and god bless chat with you later

hello, this 4 sure something you have to really think about because it is a BIG change people will not understand or some even support you there is some foods i really miss but as time goes on i learn to live without it 4example cherry soda was not a favorite of mine b4 but now i think about it a lot but can"t have pop i will say it's only been a month and also nobody kno's i had the surgery and i am doing very well so you can do it alone but it's not the ideal way to go and unlike most people i have not restriction but get full really quick well i have to run please fell free to ask what you like i will help as much as i can Peace

hello it is so hard to see on your pagethe gas did get me down in the beginning but now it jus comes out freely LOL

i still have not restriction i had my first fill 2wks ago and i can still eat and drink as normal i do get full guick and i am still losing so for now it not really a problem did you get a fill yet?

hello, yeah that gas pain had me on the floor in my bathroom hurtin really bad the only thing you can do in walk it out gas pills do not help it been a month and i feel good had my first fill and still fill no restriction but i am still losing i hang in there your journery will get better have a blessed one

iam so sorry to hear about your trouble i know we all look so forward to that date you can be banded that not getting banded can discourage you but hold on it will happen in due time i also had a delay when i was 1st to get banded at 12months the advantage the band was improved so you never know iam glad you are well
