Surgery is Wednesday. I have not followed my liquid diet as required. Yes , I'm losing weight. I'm eating 1 salad or an omelet per day along with liquids and proteins. The diet is all liquids, 800 calories, and 64 Oz of water, along with light exercise. I let a few days of being uncomfortable change my mind set. If I want to be successful I need to follow things as instructed. I'm going to follow my instructions . I have things to keep me busy while I recover. I will address this with my therapist. I will follow my plan. I will be successful. No more unauthorized changes

Pre Op liquid diet is horrible. My taste buds have changed but drinking these protein shakes is taking a toll. I swear I can now taste and smell the chemicals. I am so trying to keep my eye on the prize. I have had to restart over again because yes, I ate some food.. but weight loss is happening.

Good evening I'm scheduled for the sleeve June 13th. Every other day I change my mind. I was talking to my sister about it and she wasn't happy. She yelled at me in a loving sister way and asked how was I going to feel calling 911 because I fell and need the fire department to pick me up. She reminded me of the super morbid obese relatives that had to sit in 2 chairs, couldn't walk without assistance and became house bound. Sometimes a little bit of reality gets things together
