Hello Glen here with an update. I'm 4 weeks post op and feeling great. Started to loose weight again. I'm now at 256. Such an amazing feeling and nice when both my guy friends and lady friends say I'm looking fit. It's so nice. Thank you all for your support. It really had meant a lot to me. Thanks, I have been doing that similar approach, I even cook and bake for my family. I work from home and home school my son plus watch my 2 grandchildren. So food is always going around here. I am trying to drink my shakes, and stick with the program. I chose this because there is no going back. I want to feel better physically and mentally about myself. I will get this. Well I'm stuck. My weight is currently back and forth between 262 and 260, I'm trying to follow the program (it's not been easy) I'm hungry alot, I go get something to help with that, then find I ate it either to fast or had to much and then I'm uncomfortable for a bit. I'm trying to stay active it's not easy when you should lift more than 25lbs lol. I'm trying to be a good patient by my patients are a little thin at this point. I find I'm tired each day at about the same time also. What's up with that? Any way any suggestions are welcome. I'm three weeks post op and over all the pain is gone, it's just adjusting to the foods and lack of some . Anyway thanks for listening. Sent from my SCH-I545 using BariatricPal mobile app

Thank you. Liquids are a lot of what I seem to be getting right now but never seems to quench the thirst[emoji53]. I'm doing what I can and fit a nap in as I can. Not always an easy task with my 9yr old , my cliant, and my 2 grand children all wanting and needing attention. Not to mention.the 10 pups, and the house we are trying to purchase. Hello Man since surgery, I've dropped 11lbs. I feel so good. I would have to admit I really want some real food. But, I know in time I will get there. [emoji4] Family meal gatherings have been a little on the difficult side, but I grin eat my soup and move on. I think eventual , well I pray eventually it will get easier. Anyway I'm doing great feeling good, my wife loves me and I her and she is very supportive. I just wanted to share how I'm doing. Aside from a little pain when I sneeze or over do it all is feeling right. [emoji4] Sent from my SCH-I545 using BariatricPal mobile app

Thanks, so true it did come on over time. I'm want to much to fast. I'll dial back regroup and focus on the plan and get this thing rolling again. Can I ask you what your starting weight was? The 180 range is my goal. I started out last summer in august at 340lbs. Sent from my SCH-I545 using BariatricPal mobile app

Thanks man. I'll do that for sure. It just sucks, I'm trying to make it all work. But I guess I just need to be more patient with myself. It has only been 3 weeks. Sent from my SCH-I545 using BariatricPal mobile app

Hello my name is Glen. I am on day three since surgery. The only things I'm noticing so far is I want to eat but know I can't and that sucks. The other thing is I hurt in the area were the camera was placed that is the only area that hurts right now. Thought I would share. Sent from my SCH-I545 using BariatricPal mobile app
