I'm having trouble keeping up with my vitamins I'm 6 months post op I'm currently using bariatric advantage which are a little pricey does anyone suggest any other brand? if is how many do you take a day or how many different types of vitamins do you use. Hi all, My surgery for gastric sleeve was 4/23 my SW was 250 my current weight is 234 with a total loss of 16 pounds it's been 2 weeks with exercise that I have not lost not 1 pound. Before I started working out I was loosing 1 pound a day now that I'm working out feels like I'm not loosing weight its extremely frustrating. Anyone else having issues to loose weight after sleeve?
