Hi Kat stick to your plan and the stalls will continue (they suck) then it will start melting off again stay to the eating plan you were set up on and it will work as long as you help do the work cheers !!!!!! -

I dont know what pcos is how ever im 6month out today and have lost 120lbs or so its not easy although it is doable with effort on your part -
