i went to occ dr ariel ortez and have had a great experience my sleeve was done 8/29/18

i think we all need friends who understand what we are going through not just the normal friends they try to support best they can just dont understand what we go through in this process and new life style

just a small rant or statement have any of you tryed to explain the process we go through during our transition of the chosen surgery we have went through ? not just the weight loss the emotional rolla coaster and resetting our goals in life and that instead of always being the one with the solutions and answers being the one who looks out for yourself so you can help others after self care i can help other, sometimes i need to look out for me first (maybe selfish ) i feel im better after my personal care comes first then i can move forward to help others crazy stuff that goes through my head we are all healing and experiencing trauma in our lives as we move forward one needs to look to eliminate the trauma in their life to move past that and become the person you want to be NOT TO FORGET just move forward in this life we have chosen rant over have a great positive day everyone cheers !!!!!!

dont get discouraged as miralax does not work for me either it kinda makes me sick now so i went to smooth move tea or mom they seem to keep me moving every other day

I think i fit in this spot now im 7months out down 120.lbs so far feeling pretty good so far need to up cadio and have started yoga wow im not good at that feel kinda stupid just keep moving forward and to my goal still have food problems i do have good work arounds and go back to the old faithful oatmeal pretty regular if dinner dont stick thank you to all the advise and support

smooth move tea is very genital for me any ways merrilax does not work for me unless i use the whole bottle lol apples do help i eat half an apple as well (takes forever to eat ) i have never had pain like that before rather cut my arm off with a butter knife than deal with being impacted again
