YOU ARE CORRECT THERE ARE A LOT OF EMOTIONS THAT GO WITH THIS LETS FACE IT MOST OF US SUFFER FROM SOME SORT OF DEPRESSION I KNOW THAT IS WHAT GOT ME TO THE SPACE I USED TO BE IN 8 MONTHS AGO AND I ALSO HAVE HAD A FEW BOUTS SINCE SURGERY NOT FEELING LIKE I WAS GOOD ENOUGH OR SEEING ANY CHANGES IN ME I KNOW THAT THERAPY OF SOME FORM IS PART OF MY SUCCESS AND I AM ONE THAT WOULD NEVER ADMIT THAT NOW I CHERISH THE GROWTH I HAVE HAD AND THE LOSS OF THE WEIGHT THAT HAS HELD ME BACK FROM BEING WHO I REALLY WANT TO BE CAN IT COME BACK YES AND I CAN DEAL WITH IT BETTER NOW AS I HAVE THE TOOLS TO COPE AND MOVE FORWARD .WOW CANT BELIEVE I JUST SAID ALL THAT AS THE PERSON I WAS WOULD NEVER SAY THAT HE WOULD JUST SAY IM FINE GOOD LUCK ON YOUR JOURNEY ANYTHING I CAN DO TO HELP HIT ME UP CHEERS

I was looking at pictures I took of myself last year and I couldn't believe how much of a difference there was in my face! I always feel like my face never changed because I have loose skin on my neck and chin, but WOW. YOU LOOK AMAZING GREAT JOB KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK CHEERS!!!!

i have been through this as well as far as the gas walk alot helps purge the gas and try to have a bowl movement it can help with the back pain as well

i was not suppose to have it caffeine however i did have coffee straight black i had no problems at all did not have pots full of it did have some still do every day

no they even let you watch the barium swallow to see if there is a leak
