Self image is one of the hardest parts for me i still at times is all that i see is the larger me sometimes it is hard to see the difference although everyone else sees it i still feel the same at times those feeling have started to fade with time and my confidence has started to blossom as well it just takes time i guess so yes we all have our insecurity's about our body

it took me 5 years to commit to the surgery and get my head into it i wish i could have done it 5 years ago maybe if my head was in it then i could have hands down it is the best tool i have ever bought for my self and i was more than ready for that tool to make my life last longer and help heal my body for the torture i have put it though over the years of bad choices and decisions no regrets best thing i have done for me ,always being the provider and the one who helps everyone first before myself in the past that has changed as i have to be good first to help others now if im not then i can not help others have to make sure you are ready and do your research cheers have a great day !!

throw it out the window i did with the first one (had to buy a new one ) well worth the frustration better idea is to put it away for a month and see where you are after that or two months if you can stand it i could not

for sure you are healing and yes it will start to fall off fast then stall then move then stall keep to your exercise and diet and drink lots of water and get your protein cheers it will happen really !!

just the opposite i slept like a baby after surgery with very little discomfort was really tired however and got up and walked as much as i could and kept it up for a week or so

slow you eating and drinking down a lot i did the same thing i have eating really fast my whole life now i have to take a bite chew a long time swallow little by little seems to help me

sounds to me like there may be some underlying issues that should be addressed as well as the weight issues going back to basics is mind over matter if it matters your mind can take control of it and proceed back to hi protein and water and no carbs or very little you have tasted the success and your body has the memory to go back to your desired weight its a life change and the tools you were given 5 years ago my be worn NOT broken (some times you have to sharpen that old pocket knife) best of luck and i pray for you and your success cheers!!!!
