my stomach make some of the as you say alien noises i have ever heard since surgery as much water as you can handle should be just about right then you need a little more lol (seems like i had to pee all the time ) -

thanks guys some times old habbits and fears of what other think do creep back and haunt me i can almost feel when im slipping into some kind of funk now and try to avoid it or push through it still gets me some times

well its not the sprint of the weight loss as we all loose at different paces so the journey of the weight loss and a new way of thinking is more of what you are after there will be stalls and moments of pleasure and sadness stay focused on your journey and all will be well there is no real number of what you should loose per month or week or day congrats on your journey and welcome to the other side -
