Lisa, i was band also on the 5th. Came home that evening and doing so so. Had really bad gas so used the heating pad helped, best thing is to walk alot sip your drinks and eat your jello.No one promised it was going to be easy, but look at the reward, "NEWU". lots of luck and tell your family you need their help. good luck memom

Aug 5th, 9:45A.m. was band and ready to find the new me. It went great up and walking in short time.Washome by 4:30 p.m..Little gas in lower tummy but i'm so happy.Wish everyone else that has been here done it, or just looking. DON'T LET ANYONE STEAL YOUR DREAM OF BEING HEALTHER, STRONG AND THINNER. You keep reaching for those bright stars..:wink_smile:

Since my place at work is busy with all these busybodies,i told my boss it was "gall bladder ". I know that the ladies would have put me to the test.I got some much good ahead of me don't need their negative energies mess up my life.memom

Wow sounds like so many of us is on "the new road". I will be band on aug 5th. Doing liver shrink and so far doing great. Was at son's home to night door bell rang pizza man with 3 big fat hot goodies.soo proud ate nice green salad with lemon juice for dressing. And it was ok. Hospital, nurses have called last two days getting all info. Let's all be each others cheer leader.it's going to be great.. -

Doc.chamberlin, is my doctor.and i will be banded on aug5th.he and his staff are super great.call carloynn at new u at eirmc. She will help you on the road of the "new u".i have been soo happy 'cause they go to work to make things happen for you.and they are there for u all the way. Good luck memom
