So I fell off the wagon

I think the hardest part for me is finding the motivation to just get back on track. I LOVED how I felt and looked at 150lbs and you think that would be motivation enough but I am always just so tired
  2. I work in an emergency department as a Paramedic, I am currently also in nursing school. Just an FYI for those of you whose Dr. did not advise you or you forgot.... Do Not Take NSAIDS (Ibuprofen, Motrin, Aleve, Naproxen, Aspirin). They can cause perforation at the staple/suture sites because these sites are weaker in integrity than the rest of the stomach tissue. I have seen so many people come to the ER for complaint of abdominal pain who say their Dr. never informed them of this.
  3. Tylenol for after everything is healed. DO NOT take ibuprofen, Aleve, Naprosen, Aspirin etc.this can cause perforations at the staple sites. I work in an emergency department and I cant tell you how many times I have seen bari patients come in with abdominal pain only to find out they were taking NSAIDS

i love those bmi trackers... those are cute. I know what to do to lose the weight I just didn't know if anyone else has done the same thing. I am considering doing the pouch reset as I can eat a full size meal, no 2nds thankfully, just full size
  5. Just wanting to chat with anyone else who had gastric sleeve surgery lost their weight then regained some back. I started at 236lbs. I lost 86 lbs. got down to 150 but have since regained 51 lbs. due to my PCP putting me on Abilify, stress eating from nursing school and just overall being lazy about my diet and exercise. Anyone have any suggestions?
