Hi I've been making fresh soups and puree them. Alot of protein drinks. I was 203 and and now I am 184 so I'm pretty happy. I like my wine so I miss a glass on weekends. I don't get a fill until the 10th of June. Let me know how you do.

Hi I'm 3 week post opt today. Has anyone out there had a Hemotoma on one of there small scars. I've had one for about a week and it feels like a hard knot and it hurts. The doctor says it's just a hemotoma. How long do they stay there? any help?
