Ins/surg induces lactose intolerance/leaky cut

I am 9 years post op RNY and still have issues with diarrhea have not nailed it down to anyone thing but am pretty sure I am lactose intolerant as I’ve never had usual symptoms of IBS..pain/bloat/gas anyone else relate to these issues?
