    Tespo Vitamins

Glad you like the bariatric Tesoo vitamins. I actually threw my machine away (after trying to sell it) because I couldn't stand the taste! It's a clever little machine though! Sent from my SM-N960U using BariatricPal mobile app

Feel like I'm taking 10 steps back

I agree with catwoman7. I have had a stricture for months. I had the same symptoms. I've been dilated 4 times with a 5th one coming ip at the end of the month. Did you have RNY? It's a long road to recovery. But it is possible. You need to find a bariatric surgeon near you and get this diagnosed. They do an upper GI to diagnose a stricture. Keep us posted. And good luck! 6. I don't think you should jump from liquids to eggs and chicken quite so soon. You should talk to your surgeon about progressing early. Sent from my SM-N960U using BariatricPal mobile app

  11. So. I'm about 3 months post RNY and today I'm just not feeling right. Weak, dizzy, lightheaded and no energy. Yesterday I worked out hard at the gym, and didn't meet my goal of 64 ounces of water. Today, because I stayed in bed I also have not had a lot to drink, although Im trying. I'm wondering if I'm dehydrated. I also don't consime many calories because I have a stricture. I live mostly on protein shakes. I just want to go back to bed!! Any suggestions for what could be wrong? I do see my surgeon's PA on Tuesday. Thanks!! Sent from my SM-N960U using BariatricPal mobile app

    RNY or Sleeve

My RNY got rid of my type 2 diabetes and acid reflux. Sleeve has the potential to exacerbate acid reflux. My surgeon wouldn't even consider sleeve for me due to my reflux. Good luck with whatever you choose! Sent from my SM-N960U using BariatricPal mobile app

    Should I do this??

I had the gastric bypass not the band, so I have no experience with it, but if I were you I would do a lot of research before having a gastric band so you are aware of all the pros and cons. Good luck with whatever you choose! Sent from my SM-N960U using BariatricPal mobile app

  18. Hi, Frustr8. No, I don't have those symptoms, so I guess I'm not dehydrated! Just can't figure out why I feel the way I do. Thanks for your reply! Sent from my SM-N960U using BariatricPal mobile app

MGB isn't that common. My insurance wouldn't pay for it. Have you considered a regular gastric bypass? Sent from my SM-N960U using BariatricPal mobile app

    Probiotics for us?

Yes, I take the "Pearls" brand. They are like tiny little pearls, and are formulated to be absorbed in the small intestine. They are so small, I imagine they go right thru the stoma from the pouch and into the intestines. Sent from my SM-N960U using BariatricPal mobile app

    Calories liquid stage

There are lots of yummy protein shakes out there. You just need to experiment. Mix a good powder with unsweetened almond milk not water! You are probably not getting enough protein and that can lead to complications. Don't worry about calories but try to get 60 gms of protein a day. Sent from my SM-N960U using BariatricPal mobile app
