I have received my surgery date of june 21 and really need support around the prep. I need to be on liquid protein for 2 weeks prior (starts around June 9). I’ve started to drink a shake for breakfast some days but keep wondering how I will do this for 2 weeks straight . I’m worried about post surgery too. I’m a hard core food addict for 50 years and can’t imagine how I will stop using food after the surgery. Any support is much appreciated.
