I am kind of stagnant right now. I am still eating much less than before banding. I see Dr. Woodman Monday morning at 7:30. He will check my port and probably give me another fill. He will also tell me off again for not losing very much. I think I'll take my tape recorder with me to tape what he says. That way when I'm thinking of eating something I can turn on the tape and scare myself out of eating anything. He can be very intimidating. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks for asking.
