A sleever can run into problems too. I just had a dental appt and I was given the 411. Because we are given chewable vitamins, they sit on our teeth for a long time and can cause problems over time. These were the tips I was given. change from the chewables if I can, brush 30mins after taking them. Take your vitamins. Use a good mouth wash. floss. keep an eye for changes in your mouth.

My biggest challenge right now is planning meals and making sure I have sleeve appropriate choices. Im only 6 weeks out and there are days were I feel bad after taking my vitamins, but life still goes on (still have kids, still have to cook and clean etc) so dealing with the rough days are hard....I keep telling myself this wont be always....hope not.
