Wow!!! So glad you were honest and open to share your struggles and hiccups along the way. I'm on my pre op and did really well the first 5 days, had to travel and it's been a struggle with family reunions and my son's 10th bday party all over the last 4 days...whew glad to get that off my chest. Ok, so my doctor's office finally sent in my paper work to my insurance. While I'm waiting I've started my liquid diet. Does this make sense to anyone? I kinda wanted the call that it's been approved and THEN start my liquid diet with my countdown. I'm a single mom but my son is 10. I haven't had surgery yet and praying it's the week of the 16th mainly because my son will be out of town for the summer. That way I can focus on me and getting my routine down while he is gone. Pretty soon school and sports season will be upon me...busy busy busy. Hopefully others will respond.
