  1. @pacheka I’m right along with you as far as not doing good for the holidays. You’re 4lbs ahead of me, so we should celebrate. Look how far we’ve gotten. ❤️❤️❤️

  4. Good evening sleevers, my surgery date was June 14th and I’ve lost 78lbs so far. I haven’t introduced myself to rice potatoes not bread YET. I was wearing a size 22 and today I brought a size 10. I’m super happy but frustrated that my pouch doesn’t like much. I still have a problem with salads, chicken, and salmon. I mostly eat ground turkey, beans, oatmeal, nuts, eggs, bacon and protein bars. photo on the left is my work ID that was taken last July. Photo on the right was taken two weeks ago.
  5. @Smylegirl thanks love I’m trying
  6. @Purple girl thanks love 😊😊

  10. Hello Sleevers, stats HW 271 SW 264 CW 220 Today marks two months for my VSG. It’s been a struggle but I’ve managed to keep carbs out my life. I haven’t eaten rice bread potatoes and focused on protein only. Still having problems with my fluids and working out, but I manage to walk 2 miles a day and that it.

@ladybosschick sorry didn’t answer the question fully. The second week I started. It was like two pounds a day.

    August 2018 sleeve surgery!!

@ladybosschick I didn’t weigh myself until a full week after surgery. Your body is swollen so you’re not going to see weight loss. Just make sure you have the unflavored isopure so you can add to your broth for extra protein.

    August 2018 sleeve surgery!!

Hello Future Losers!! I’m from June wishing you all the best and can’t wait for you all to meet us on the other side. Surgery July 14th. HW 271 SW 264 CW 226.50 GW 180 Any questions inbox me.
  14. @Robyn Riley Remember before surgery when we were dieting and working out the scale wouldn’t move, but we were okay and didn’t stress because we knew we were losing inches. Same thing here babe. If you’re doing everything right no need to stress. Switch up. Instead of jumping on the scale try taking your measurements. I use my old belt (men’s belt). Before surgery I barely got to the second hole but today I’m on the sixth hole. You got this. Inbox me anytime
  15. @churchgirl I used to be on weight watchers and The foods I ate we can’t eat as a Bariatric patient. I’m 6 weeks and I still use the cups and measure my meat (protein) because thats all we really can have is protein. Our stomach can only hold up the most is 3 ounces of meat. However, I can only hold 2 ounces. Now when I eat veggies and protein I can consume more, so I’m guessing that why she’s doesn’t want you to worry about counting points because you may focus on the other foods rather than protein. If you can just try measuring for keeping track maybe that will help. My doctor said the same about protein shakes but that’s how I get the most protein. In the morning I use two scoops of Dutch chocolate isopure, 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter and chia seeds which is - little over 65g of protein. Then lunch and dinner I’m a carnivore.
