My Own pinion is that the doctor was concerned that you have no support system outside of your husband and right now he isn’t really available, as you seem to be caring for him. Who would care for you then? Support you? -
I eat an occasional cookie. They taste good and I haven’t spiraled out of control or anything 🤷🏼♀️

Eating out? I try to stick to an omelette, fish, chicken. Honestly I can count on one hand how many times I’ve gone out to eat since surgery. Seems like a total waste of money now

This is so odd...I used food as comfort, and I was honest about it. I didn't get to almost 300 lbs by accident. -

Halfway point As of this morning I weighed 188 pounds which not only means I am down 9 pounds for the month but that I have officially hit the 100 pound mark! It’s a good day

I’ve heard that BMI isn’t really a good indicator. Most BMIs are unrealistic. Does anyone else have other scales? -

Protein bites (or I tell my kids they are called cookie bites 😉) ⅔ cup creamy peanut butter ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 cup old fashioned oats ½ cup ground flax seeds 2 tablespoons honey Combine everything in a bowl, wet your hands and roll into balls. Place on parchment paper in freezer for 30 mins to set. Keep in fridge for the week .
