im 29 years of age suffering from R.a
My left knee and right knee both need to be replaced due to joint damage.
I decided to do weight loss surgery the day i visited therapy and couldnt walk out. I was in so much pain and so ashame.
i tried so many diets but i could never commit to them. At this time im focus on changing my life for the better
after surgery hopefully i can hold off both replacements until after a year or so. 
I am currently married with one child only hoping for the best for me and my child. i want to play with my child and explore things around with them with out having to sit down and watch from a far. i know some people tell me that im not that big for my height but they dont know the pressure on my knees and how they fill.
 
im only doing this to make sure that i can be able to heal even if knee replacements have to be done right away.
