Got upgraded today at my 1week post op appointment. Immediately came home and had that scrambled egg. Must have been way too excited and ate too quickly. Now I’m feeling some indigestion. Going to take it easy today and work my way into Stage 2 slowly. But it will be good to start getting some protein in:)

I’m also struggling. Sleeved 4/12. Felt pretty good as of Sunday, but yesterday and today I’m super lethargic and feel just lousy. I’ve had a low grade fever since Monday that comes and goes. I didn’t need any pain medication today, as it only hurt if I coughed. But the clear liquid/no vitamin/no protein stage 1 parameters are kicking my ass. Hoping for stage 2 upgrade at my post-op appointment on Thursday. I’ve never fantasized about a scrambled egg before! And I’m 50, maybe it’s my age...
