My surgeon doesn't require it, only my insurance. Wait, I meant the 6 mos. Sorry.... Misunderstood. -

My insurance is one of the ones mentioned that requires 6 mos supervised weight loss. I was told tp expect an approximate timeline of 4-6 wks upon completion of the 6 mos. So 7-7.5 mos

I absolutely love anything grape, so im sure it will be a hit. I have a large vitamix blender and am debating getting a small one as well. Do you use any unflavored proteins for soups etc? Wondering if there is one you would recommend? Ive heard alot of them are horrible!

Congrats on your surgery and the "apron" scares the crap out of me too.. i guess having an apron to deal with is a fair trade off for a longer, healthier life. Be nice to have it all though...lol

My synthroid was raised to 225 and I've gained back 2 lbs 😢 I need to get them off by friday. I am not getting denied over 2 lbs!!!!
