Yep, it does have cane sugar as an ingredient. I was looking forward to it on the full liquid phase....the search continues! Lol

Its an app called time until but there are several to choose from. I think i searched event ticker or event countdown.

Thank you, I'll need to try to stick to stricter guidelines. I wish there was a bariatric bible all doctors had to follow so everyone was on the same page...lol

I happen to like the "super long posts" I want to hear about as many peoples experiences with surgery as possible. I want to be aware of as many of the little unexpected things, issues, etc as I can. I guess I think the more I know the more ready I feel, if that makes sense.

This is my current ticker till my surgeon submits to insurance. Took forever to get to this point. Im hoping within a wk or two to be able to start a surgery countdown!

I submit to insurance for approval monday. Im very excited. My Dr requires a 2 wk pre op diet but its alot easier than most ive seen on here. The only nerves i have are getting approved. No reason i shouldn't, but just the way my luck is...haha fingers crossed! -
