I live in Connecticut and I’m looking for an surgery buddy I had the gastric sleeve done 10 months ago -
My biggest issues with losing weight is trying to get back on track , I’m 10 months in and I’ve completely got off track. It’s driving me insane and it has made me super depressed!

Hello everyone haven’t been on here in a min , I need some advice ! Well I’m 8 months in post surgery I had my surgery May 1st 2018 and some things happened had to move out of state. I kind of hit rock bottom due to certain circumstances and I need some advice on how can I get back on track I’m having a really hard time !

I had the gastric sleeve done May 1st 2018 and I am 6 months in and I was doing good for a little while after surgery and I had to moved. I kind of got off track and now it’s hard for me to get back on track ! NEED HELP DOES ANY ADVICE OR TIPS !

I got my surgery done may 1st and I been home only 2days and I am already struggling on what am I suppose to be drinking for the next couple of days or so! Do any have tips for me !

That’s what I been doing well besides my protein shakes but I think I should start back on those then

Yes it’s had enough protein in it ! I do 4 protein shakes a day plus sugar free jello and popsicle and chicken broth. -
I’m on a 3 week liquid diet and I do the same thing

It’s the Liquid diet I’m having trouble with ! I really don’t what to drink or eat !

My surgery day is 4/1/18 and I been on this pre-op liquid diet for a couple of days now and I been struggling because this my 1st time and this is all new to me. So I’m kind of confused on what I need to be doing ! So I’m wondering if anybody have any suggestions or pointers I can use to help me get threw this pre-op journey
