Yes 3 weeks!! It’s been tough being on liquids. The salt cravings are hard. I just drink a cup of chicken broth and a lot of water. Lol. Good luck to you too. Send me a message once your surgery is over and I will do the same. -

Moved my surgery up to May 15th. Been on liquid diet since 4/24. Down 18 pounds so far. Liquid diet is HARD but we can do this!!!! -

I’m May 31st. I’m soooo nervous but excited at the same time. I know it’s the best thing I’m doing for myself but I’m so nervous. -
