Not losing weight on pre op liquid diet

Your body might possibly be on starvation mode because it’s not used to so few calories. Are you getting enough grams of protein in? I don’t think it’s so important as to how much weight you loose on pre-op diet than shrinking your liver prior to surgery unless your doctor has a certain number in mind for you to reach. -
