I have completed my two weeks of protein and water went to the doctors office and I still have to lose 8 pounds before operation operation is scheduled for April 23 2018I would appreciate any input I have never been put to sleep before totally scared shows a nutritionist individual office told me to still check water and protein shakes but add more ounces of chicken plane no skin or soul just Baked I thought I went to heaven and I will very small piece of chicken and hot it was marvelous has anyone else experienced this
