oh i know jenn and i am so grateful for my band without it id eigh prob alot more than 60 lbs. we all struggle at times

vicki, it took me a long time to get onderland. last year hoffman told me by summer id be in onderland...i wasnt...then he said by sept...then i wasnt...then he told me by the first of the year....then i wasnt...then he said by spring and i still wasnt...and finally this september i finally hit it....so it wasnteasy. hat happened to me as the first month after surgery i lost 24 lbs then after that it slowed way down...so it has taken me longer than others. it has taken me about 20 months to lose about 60lbs...hich doesnt seem like a lot but for me it is...prior i had a heard time losing 5 lbs...so ill take this anytime

just got back from the gym....going out for a family dinner...then im going to try and walk....i really need a fill but cant get in until dec 18th

i kno vicki it is so hard. i tell them when im out on a date that i can only eat a little and i eat very slow.

vicki you just hang in there and take it one day at a time. i try to have my pic taken once a month and that helps me alot to keep focused

vicki, im like that...somedays it seems as if there is no stopping me and otherdays i cant eat anything. the one thing that helps me is to eigh myself only once a week...it can get addicting...just what i need to do for my well being

vicki, i really dont fly that much and when ive been tight before i havent been away. but im kind of irritated that i cant get in till 12/18. ive already started to gain

hi everyone....well no more heartburn...but im sure im up...eating prob more than i should. ill be home sat and will weigh in then. yes we need to start a new challenge

i havent really had too many problems with BGH....i wouldnt switch because dr. hoffman is great and im soooooglad i got him for a doc

now that he took 3cc out of my band...no heartburn, but hopefully i wont gain any weight

i am hoping i can sleep tonite...last few nites have been bad

if i wasnt going away i would of waited...but since im leaving in the morning i thought i better take care of it now. i actually had a slimfast shake and a protein shake in...thats more than i had yesterday. im leaving for philadelphia tomorrow for a conference but will be taking my laptop with me

well i actually called dr h. today, he met me at bgh and took out 3 cc...more than i wanted but i have an appt in 2 weeks and he said he will start to refill me then. i feel better already....no regurgitation but im on liquids for awhile

im going to go and get some and go back to the liquids. im in philadelphia next week for work and i see dr. h when i get back the first week of november

that is great....that is my goal to jenn...for me thats 137 lbs...i think i was born weighing more than that.....lol

i dont really like popsicles or fudgiscles...i have the problem with sensitive teeth....i dont have problems usually drinking hot or cold things
