I'm a mother of a beautiful 14 year old girl. My weight for the past 10 years have gone up and down. In 2007, I weighed 220, and was prescribed Adipex. I lost 60, but over the years, the weight gradually came back plus more. My heaviest weight was 280, and my goal is to get down to 170-190. I have hypertension, arthritis, asthma, and depression. I was approved immediately from my insurance company. The only problem was the Psychological Clearance process due to my history of depression. I am now scheduled for 4/17/2018, and looking forward to the lifestyle changes.
