Usually your doctor clears you for exercise in stages, first for light activity and then for full activity. They always say "If it hurts, stop!" For the first couple of weeks, I walked on a treadmill. After that, I was cleared for extra cardio and weights. -

Thank God the boy shorts are popular for swim-wear right now. When I was your age, all the swim-suits (except the ones your grandmother wore) had high-rise legs, almost to your waist. Nowhere to hide anything! OMGosh, "When I was your age . . . I sound like your grandmother!)

Your stomach is so swollen that the liquid is trying to find a path through. What you hear is it dribbling through the tiny openings left between the swollen parts. It gets much quieter as you heal. -

I'd never seen that drummer before. He used to be with Motorhead, (I think). He was phenomenal! It has been sooooo long since I've been to a concert where your bones vibrated with the music. Loved it!
