Three weeks tomorrow and will I ever NOT be nauseous!

Well, I'd check with the doc first to make sure it's ok. But it may help. -

Did your doc prescribe muscle relaxants? Mine did for the whole first month. He said the trauma to the stomach often made it cramp and churn and the muscle relaxants helped it to heal. -

Actually, Fluffy was concerned about your volume. What volume/meal is your doctor advising? I know I was still only eating a couple of tablespoons of soft foods at a month out. (I had a sleeve at that point, revised to bypass later) -

When you want to increase calories and your restriction is tight, the solution is sliders. Sliders before your dense protein. They don't trigger restriction and are the easiest way of adding additional food/calories to your meals. i.e. creamy soup as an appetizer, a few avocado slices, nuts or even chips if they act as a slider for you. This is how you eat "around" your restriction, which is terrible during the weight-loss phase, but often necessary once you hit maintenance.

In regard to padded hineys: Be careful of that creepy guy in the office. If he grabs a bit of @ss, you won't slap him and he'll think you liked it!

OK, whatever part of the South that guy is from - it certainly isn't Texas. All the cornbread I've ever eaten here is sweet!
