Lunch - grilled tuna, more callaloo and steamed veggies (pumpkin, okra, carrot) So colorful! Although not as intensely neon-colored as my picture! -
Opinion on Air Fryers?

I love mine. Even bought an accessory set that had a rack. I roasted potatoes and asparagus on the bottom and a pork chop on the rack. So, three different foods at the same time. My favorite is crispy wontons - delish and satisfies the crunch beast! -
Love that sweater dress! Shows off your hinie nicely!

Lunch, today Stewed pork, callaloo (greens), coleslaw and cou cou (kind of like polenta). There was no leftover meat, the rest is bone & fat. The greens were amazing! -

9 days post op - feeling good - but drinking too much???
Orchids&Dragons replied to kim2girls's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
So long as you're drinking without discomfort, you're fine. Some people have it easy, others have to go extremely slowly due to swelling. You appear to be one of the lucky ones! (As was I) -
I feel like I'm cheating on a self-care thread 'cause I'm on vacation! (And currently sipping my tea on the balcony of my hotel room!) 1. My personal goal is to get back down to 150. 2. I had VSG in Feb 2018, revised to RnY Oct 2018. 3. my weight before I left on vacay was 153 Lbs. 4. My favorite winter activity is arts/crafts or maybe vacay to somewhere tropical? 😁

I went to Wendy's yesterday to get a salad - Nope - not selling them right now 😞 No, I didn't get a frosty instead!
