Everything you learned before won't help you much after surgery, at least until you're quite a way out. In my opinion, you need to (at least) start with a bariatric dietician for a while after surgery. The amount of food that you consume is so restrictive that it will be difficult to get your macros in. Bariatric dieticians know lots of tricks to get the best bang-for-the-buck with the little amount of stomach that you'll have to work with. And, if you have any issues (which you can't predict ahead of time), you'll already have a resource ready to tap. What you said about a therapist sounds spot-on to me. Best of luck!

Tonight I made the whole dinner in the air fryer! Breaded pork chop, roasted potatoes and string beans. Still need to work on my veggie technique, but the pork chop was great 😁

Thanks, Danny Paul. I bought an accessory kit and it includes the parchment paper liners. Haven't tried to use them yet. Had my first attempt at crab rangoons last night - I need more practice! I'm going to try a breaded pork chop tomorrow. Fun, fun, fun! 😉

OK, this was my attempt! Not so pretty, but delicious! Next time I think it will be worth the upcharge to buy the thin-sliced chicken cutlets. I couldn't cut them thin enough or consistent enough
