I don't know about a payment plan, but I did have surgery with that group. (My surgeon has moved to another practice) Maybe I'll meet you at a support group meeting sometime. They're usually very good.

I would. They may not be able to do anything, but at least you'll know you tried. -
Intermittent Fasting Daily Menu/Results/Accountability
Orchids&Dragons replied to FluffyChix's topic in Post-op Diets and Questions
This is the main reason I haven't really tried IF. I would have to depend heavily on supplements or foods with supplements added and I'd rather not do that. -

Lots of us had "food funerals" right before we started the pre-op diet. It's a type of mourning, I think. Even though people have told you that you'll eventually be eating normal foods again, it will be a while. I don't think people who had these funerals did any worse long-term than anyone else.

Where are my water guzzlers?
Orchids&Dragons replied to Vance-666's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I was never a chugger, but I could drink at a normal pace within a few days (maybe a week?) of surgery and I'm a big drinker, around a gallon a day. -
4 Months - First notable plateau
Orchids&Dragons replied to Brent701's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Have you been tracking measurements? Are your pants looser? How about your belt? You can be losing significant inches without the scale moving. I know it doesn't make sense, but it's common. Sometimes your body just needs a "breather". If you haven't taken any measurements yet, take them now and update at least once a month. They help to keep you motivated at times like this. Good luck! -

I am impressed. I don't think I've ever managed 46g of protein in one sitting! What was it? -
Six months post-op+ : The Sophomores Thread
Orchids&Dragons replied to sideeye's topic in The Lounge
Good to hear from you! I saw one of your older posts the other day and wondered how you were doing. Have you checked out the intermittent fasting thread? Some of the posters have had good luck breaking stalls with it.
