I was the same way I now use a Hawaiian shaved ice machine and get the water down that way. I don’t use the syrup. -

I never did the purée stage I went from the liquid to very small bites of chick. I knew I could not stomach anything purée. -

First 24 hours I would say no way. But once you get home its really worth it. Yes I would do it again. -

I purchase a lot of these right before surgery and then after that my taste buds changed and now can’t get these down. I switch to the premier clear . -
My bill after insurance was 15K insurance paid 30k and anything over and above I had to pay for it.

I have been eating food and I’m 1 month out. Eggs, chicken, have no issues. Lost 35 lbs so far, I never did the purée stage I can’t stand anything purée.

I never did the pre op diet. Had no issues at all with surgery.

Get a snow cone machine it will help to keep the ice in your mouth longer. I found out it will help

I’m now at 3 weeks and what I found that worked is get a snow cone machine I have a Hawaiian Shaved ice machine it will allow you to keep the ice in your mouth longer. I found that I wanted to drink because my mouth was so dry but could not get water down. This will help. You can get sugar free mixes but I just eat it plan with nothing on it.
