I've tried a ton of things to lose weight and nothing has ever been successful. Has anyone seen this movie and actually tried juicing? I'm wondering if I should give it a go, or if I should at least add a juice in there somewhere as a meal. Any thoughts?

I had a Group Orientation, but I was the only one that showed up, then I met with the Surgeons's Assistant & went over any questions, and then met with the Nutritionist, and then the Surgeon. Right after that I had my EKG, Xray, & Labs. I'm scheduled for my Endoscopy and Pysch Eval both Mid May. -

I'm terrified of dying during surgery and also terrified of dying cause I didn't get it!! How did you guys calm yourselves? I don't even have a surgery date yet and am having anxiety. 🤦🏻♀️

I thought the juices were mainly vegetables. I'll have to check out the Cuba Libre Diet. I'm just feeling like I keep hitting a wall, no matter what. Worried the surgery will end up the same way. -

Congratulations!! I have no idea when my surgery will be. I am having my Endo and Psych Eval Mid-May, So it may fall in July as long as Everything goes well. -
