I use MIO, it has vitamins and electrolytes. Just need to add to your water and doesn’t have any calories. They have about every flavors, I like the orange and grape myself, and you can adjust the taste as you like, more or less drops...It’s saved me!!

Well, we are two...can't get my protein down either, nauseous and I don't have any energy today. We had surgery about the same time so I'm guessing it's pretty normal. I'm sure tomorrow will be better, hang in there ...you're not alone !

Don't worry! It will go well. I'm 10 days post op and I resumed a normal life except for the food and few pounds less. It's so worth it good luck tomorrow!!!

I had my surgery on 3/26/2018 and to this day I still can't drink much water. Yesterday I could only drink around 5 ounces with a lot of pain, is it normal? Also weird fact when I weighed myself after returning from the hospital I had gained 4 pounds?? -

Glad you don't have fever anymore. I'm doing much better getting my water down and on to protein shake now. Lost 15 pounds so far so I'm pretty happy about that..., how are you? -

Warm beverages are going down easier and I was able to drink 32 ounces of water yesterday plus a jello...I still have pain so I just have to go very slow. Good news is I'm 11.0 lbs down surely worth it ! hope you're doing well -

i called my doctor. He prescribed me acetaminophen to relieve the pain, it much better and I was able to drink 20 ounces. Feeling better...thank you -

No it's @ 5 onces for the whole day, I'm afraid to get dehydrated
