    Hi. I had mine the 13th of December and am already on the third diet phase. I’m struggling a lot. I eating what I’m not and I’m regretting this at the moment. I’ve lost 35 in the last three weeks.

    Good luck! Just had mine done and it was totally not what I expected. He is a really nice doctor and isn’t condescending like others I’ve spoken with.
