I know we aren’t allowed to chew gum for a while... what do you guys suggest as replacements???

I was sleeved in October of 17. My hair was coming out bad! I was getting really scared ! About a month ago I started using Nature’s Bounty hair Skin and Nails Gunmies. It says take two a day but I’m taking more than that... but my hair stopped falling out and is growing back. [emoji3]

Pretty darned sick of watered down Gatorade (surgeon instructions) and premier shakes, but I’ll take it.
