All dr have different list of food we can eat. I am making notes to see when I am finally at this stage I can eat. Yummy finally some really food. Do not get me wrong I am not even hungry at all I really need to try to get food well soup in, at least twice a day and 2 protein shakes and it hard for me to do that. Also nutritionist said fat free refried beans, hummus, chopped shrimp salad. My mouth is watering at this point can't wait til next Wednesday. Someone said mash potatoes ( or mash colliflower mash). So happy everyone is doing so well. And we are all pretty much on then same place how in the heck do you get all this liquid in. My nutritionist does not have us count protein shakes and liquid, but I am because right now i have no chance to even getting close to 64 oz a day. Just have to keep trying everyday little by little. Congrats on your up coming surgery. I had the sleeve and so far between pre liquid stage prior to surgery and after surgery I have lost 15. I am also 5 days post op feeling alot better. Still sore but not alls much. I tried yogurt but but did sit well. But having 2 premier protein shakes, drinking water and poweraid, then have a bit of soup for lunch and dinner. Tried vitamins this morning and they made me sick so going to try different one tomorrow. Also went to a short outing to the store sitting and driving is a bit hard because is so sore in the incision. Good luck everyone and keep the great work. Surgery was Wednesday 25 I am 4 day post op. I still feel like some took my inside and just twisted all over the place and I am still swollen. Hurt to take in a deep breath. Forget about bending a few of the incision still painful. Today I putting my alarm on my phone and getting up and walking around the house and they doing my breathing. Hard getting in all my fluids in I am so full. I did have a protein shake and now trying to have 4 oz. of soup. The good thing is no nausea or heartburn and only taking pain meds to sleep. My surgery was on the 25 and yes gas pain are no joke and the spasm ouch. I am able to keep down liquids took a few bite of jello. I can not take vitamins until 5 day after. I am 2 day (surgery was on the 25) very sore still hurts when I take big deep breaths. I also have stomach spasms, I am able to keep drinks down had a few spoons of jello. Just don't want to ache or be sore anymore. Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app

Had surgery today all went well. Already walked and blew in my new toy. Pain not so bad more when I sit up to go walking etc. Sipping has gone well, try to have an ice chip but really got nauseated but did not throw up. So I got to the hospital the nurse that prepping me weight me.in and said you don't weight that much. After 8 days of liquid down to 218 started with my jitters of backing out thank God for my husband honey you are doing it for your overall health. Then again when doing paper work and more prepping she said you really don't need this surgery my husband gave the look. Again got nervous and my husband said to me and the nurse you are doing this for here health.. High blood pressure, high cholesterol, and my BMI was 39.8 t hyroid, joint pain etc.. then finally the nurse relaized be use my blood pressure was going crazy.. I should have said look at my chart because every dr visit and appt they always to my I am obese. Again everyone thank you for your amazing support. Congratulations!!Had my surgery yesterday, today I feeling a bit more sore today on pretty much my whole abdominal area seem to be more muscular soreness. Not problem walking just very slow. At the hospital as I type, Just stayed overnight and I completely over pack. Much easier to wear the hospital, they gave me goodie bag with toothpaste, toothbrush lotion. Do recommend perfume, deodorant, hair tie, chapstick, hairbrush, little makeup if you want ( I did not want scare anyone when I leave). Then just light comfortable clothes to leave in. I having my moments but trying to stay calm and relax. Especially kissing and hugging my little one this morning before he goes to camp. Have to be at the hospital at 9:30.
