    Running/exercise again?

i do kickboxing and my surgeon made me wait 2 months before i could go back. he encouraged walking and light weight lifting because kickboxing is too intense of cardio. good luck
  3. i’m 2 years post op. i have experience with what you’re speaking of, with myself and my clients that have MDD. i’d say the simplest most important thing would be to reach out when you’re feeling the most down. if you’re open to considering medication just to help you feel more level, there are so many out there that work, lots more options than there were even 5-10 years ago. once your weight drops and you develop a good eating and exercise routine, you’ll have way more energy.

i haven’t tried any specific diets yet, i’m just still trying to eat high protein and just small portions. but i’m the same way, i’ve had challenges limiting my sweets :/
  5. i’m new here. my surgery was june 20, 2016. ive lost just over 100 lbs. i exercise 5 days a week really hard and my surgeon said that has helped keep the weight off. i have maintained my weight for about a year. still struggle with mental hunger.

thank you. this is helpful. i’ve considered doing the WW app to help keep track, i just can’t afford to go to weight watchers as i spend a good amount of money on the gyms that i go to. i exercise a lot so i think that helps. but i need to keep my awful sweet tooth in check.

    Alcohol

i can have maybe 1 glass of wine and then i feel completely full. i can’t even drink enough to feel drunk. definitely tastes different. i think beer is disgusting and i used to love it. just listen to your body and don’t let people try to pressure you into drinking more than you’re comfortable with.
  8. definitely my face! they say you lose it from the head down 🤷🏼‍♀️
  9. i am almost 2 years post op and wondering if anyone is experiencing similar challenges than i am with getting my full signals and feeling like i’m overeating. help?!
