So i am scheduled for 730am to have my lap band revision to gastric bypass, needless to say i am feeling a lot of things right now excited, nervous, anxious the list could go on. I am confident in my surgeon so hoping all goes well.

Thanks I have been up moving around since 3 hours after surgery I do as much around the house as aloud so feeling pretty good but just started having a lot of pain between my shoulder blades probably gas pains but I just keep my eye on the prize and I will get threw it😁

Well I survived 6hrs of surgery and came home yesterday. I am sore but no nausea/vomiting taking my fluids pretty well, now if my belly would just go back to normal size lol.

Scheduled in the morning at Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati, OH, feeling a little nervous.

i am having my band removed and bypass done on Monday....I am soooo excited. How are you feeling so far?

I am feeling very anxious and somewhat discouraged waiting on my surgery, most of the water has been removed from the band and i am eating what seems to me like a lot of food and gaining weight. My surgery is still 2 months away come on May. Anyone else had the band to RNy revision and if so how is it going.

I have Barrett's esophagus, gerd and hiatal hernia with my lap band so the only choice was the RNY for me, but my brother had the sleeve done a few years ago and has lost a tremendous amount of weight and is off all prescription medication so either way as long as the weight comes off you will benefit. -

I am schedule for lap band to bypass revision on 5/14, i am starting to get a little nervous. I guess i have been waiting so long that it didnt actually feel real till now lol. -

Well i go for my surgical consultation appt on Monday and find out when and how long i have to be on the pre op liquid diet. It is starting to sink in that this is really happening and I am so excited. Reading all the success stories really gives me hope that i can finally reach my goal wt.
